UP 786 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Our Commitments

1. Introduction

Welcome to UP 786. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and UP 786 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on UP 786, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

To register and use UP 786, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on UP 786. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, contact details, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your UP 786 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during registration or subsequent identity verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your UP 786 account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact UP 786 support immediately. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to keep login credentials secure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on UP 786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). UP 786 does not apply currency conversion charges. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at UP 786 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet transactions. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. UP 786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. 4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Accounts with active bonus funds may have withdrawal restrictions in place until wagering requirements are met — see Section 5.
• Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 is processed.
• UP 786 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to large withdrawal requests. These are conducted in the interest of player security and are completed as quickly as possible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — specific eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• UP 786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will not be affected.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

UP 786 actively monitors for bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, bet-hedging strategies designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and coordinated activity between players. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus funds voided and may be suspended.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on UP 786 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply in addition to these general rules and are accessible within the relevant betting section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once UP 786 has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error — for example, at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error — may be voided at UP 786's discretion. Players are advised to verify all bet details in the confirmation screen before submitting.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or abandoned without a result being determined.

• The event or market is suspended by the governing body of the sport under extraordinary circumstances.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or have prices updated at any point during an event at UP 786's discretion. Bets that are submitted during a period of market suspension will not be accepted. The platform is not liable for connection issues on the player's side that prevent in-play bets from being placed or confirmed in time.

7. Games and Software

The games available on UP 786 — including slots, live dealer card games, virtual sports, the Aviator game, and all other digital games — are provided under licence from third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are entirely independent and are not influenced by the platform or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, game error or display fault — that affects the outcome of a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. 8. Player Conduct

Where an account is closed by UP 786 due to Terms violation, any funds in the balance — including bonus funds — may be forfeited pending investigation outcome. Where closure is due to inactivity or player request, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their UP 786 account voluntarily should contact support at support@up786.best. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's last verified payment method once closure is confirmed.

12. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your UP 786 experience — including disputed bet settlements, withdrawal delays, or account issues — please follow the process below:

Continued use of UP 786 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
